Charged credit card for a headlight ordered, refused to send product claiming they never had it to begin with and then took over a month to refund money

We ordered a headlight from this company and it took three times and three weeks of calling for them to actually charge the credit card. They continued to claim the card wouldn't go through. Finally the card charged and we were notified the part would ship the following day. We followed up for a tracking # several times but never received one. After a week and a half we never received the part and tried to follow up. We were promised a follow up call several times. Finally after three weeks we were told that the part had not shipped because they "cannot find it". We demanded an immediate refund to the credit card. It took another two weeks of multiple calls a day and demands to speak to the owner Jeff Richner before we finally were refunded the money. We had to sit on the phone and demand that refund be done and faxed that very second.

Do not order parts from this company, there's a good chance you won't get them and won't get your money back. This was a small charge, I couldn't imagine a bigger one. There are other reports for people getting ripped off over $700. Poor business practice, poor follow up, poor customer service.
