If i had seen this rip off report before i would have not bought anything from this common thief. I paid for a used headlight and 2 foglight for a car totaling 800 dollars. The mechanic told me that the headlight was the wrong one. When i called richner auto parts they stated to me that i had a wrong vin number. When i provided the vin he stated that the vehicle was a foreign vehicle that he will try to help me with it. Well he did not provide the right part. I contacted the credit card company who was no help at all. Richner auto parts kept stating to me that the 30 day window had passed to return the part. He finally agreed to have me return the parts when i did he refused to issue a refund.
