Incorrect payment information, not recording payments to Brighthouse

I've obtained a notice from Credit Protection Association declaring they have not obtained any funds for my Vivid House consideration. I've created the funds to Vibrant Home and Credit Safety hasn't acknowledged me for them. The cost handle would be to Bright House.

Credit Protection claims they've switched me to the a nationwide credit organization for non payment despite the fact that I'm spending.
