I obtained a notice from GE Money-Bank declaring that I'd created a cost towards the incorrect lender for my Chevron/Texaco Charge Card #724 988 068 87 0006. I'm puzzled. You send me the regular declaration, using the TACKLE to deliver the payment, and that I am accountable for THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WHO GETS THAT COST? In case your organization chooses to alter banks, I've NOT BEEN INFORMED! I deliver the cost using the (pre-resolved) delivered declaration & cover! When the lender obtained cash towards the incorrect consideration, THEN THAT BANK SHOULD RETURN MY CHECK INSTANTLY! Your charge card providers must show good faith and reunite the check (IN MY EXPERIENCE). If it had been delivered to the incorrect company, NOT BY MY ERROR! Then your claims you're delivering me are publishing the the incorrect handle to deliver the funds. This isn't my mistake, but in your finish. You send me this notice on the Friday (4-11-08) morning when anything is shut! How am I to deal with this problem after-hours? Where's my check?
