Dick Says Yes, Randy Kyle
Intimidated, delittled, ripped off, falsely accused, haven't returned downpayment, didn't stand behind referrel program Vancouver washington

I have been treated like a piece of s&, by this company and this randy klye man. I'm truely sorry I ever came into that dealership to inquire about getting a car. I feel he has over stepped his boundries in his attempt to cover who's evers a— it was that let me drive off in a 2005 aztex with no money down, or proof of employment, on a friday night without being approved for financing, etc, etc.

I had full intentions to follow the contract but the way I was treated by this man and several others at dick says yes I was going to return said aztex on friday may 23. One week exactly from date I had recieved it but strangely it was stolen from the parking lot of a store I was in, at the same time I was suppose to be returning it. Of coarse I made all the calls to police, dealership, insurance company, etc. Three hours later to find said vehicle in parking lot of winco foods 50 feet from dick says yes car lot. Made another call to police to recover aztex but whom ever stole it had the keys, so I could not recover the car.

Police made no attempt to secure the aztex until other actions could be taken to recover said aztex. Other then talking to night security guy asking him to keep an eye on aztex until dealership opened in morning... Well guess what by 4:30 am that night aztex was stolen again. Why would nobody secure a stolen vehicle recovered with possibility of being stolen again. Put a boot on it, towed it 50 feet to dealership lot.

About 17 days later but chance I go in to dealership to be belittled by these people again and then it was brought to my attention that the aztex has been found. But no info as to where, when, how but that aztex was coming back to lot that night, so I call my insurance to tell her it's been recovered and that dicks is getting that night but she called the tow yard where it was and they said dicks has not even inquired about aztex as to yet.

I wasn't and am not still aware of damages to aztex, so I didn't know where to take it to get repaired, I was told progessive had its own collison center so I guess I assumed thats where it would go, I hadn't contacted my insurance agent for about a week and when I did I was informed that dicks says yes was taking it to there own collison center and then they would attempt to sue me for the damages. My insurance has handled it and dicks has the car back now.

Over 3 months has passed and I still can't get my down payment back and now I've been told that I'm not getting it all back because dicks says yes is paying my deductable out of it. I pay my insurance, who the hell are you guys. Randy kyle told me the reason its taken so long to get my money back to me is because I was not assisting them to the exstint they required. And that he didn't care if I was sorry, nothing was happening tell he said it was.

The man made me cry, this has all been very stressful to me being 7 monthes pregnant and a mother of 5, my husband had just went to jail and I had alot on my plate. I by no means wanted any of this to happen. Now my credit is screwed, I'm being sued for a rental car payment, which I feel I shouldn't of had to get because I should of gotten a loaner car, like any other person who got there financed car stolen. I'm having to go into dealership and beg for my money back.

There is alot more to this story but I've exhuasted myself already plus I have a newborn whom needs my attention, I'm thinking about contacting a lawyer to discuss this issue. Feel free to call and inquire. I can't believe that this dealership has the balls to treat people like they do, and how they use intimidation and scare tactics. Sorry they wanted to rip me off so badly that they didn't get the required downpayment and paperwork before giving me the car. Maybe some more job training would benefit the company. I shouldn't be the one paying for there screw up.
