You know this is the worst place to ever get a loan through i swear to god. You know i will be the first to admit that my payments run behind and that might be their argument but, i always make sure that they are never more than 30 days late. What they do is, say that i am 28 days late, and i call in to make my payment so it doesn't go against my credit because after 30 days it will. What they will do is when you call in they will take your credit card info and then not process it that day, they will wait 2 or 3 days, so it goes over 30 days and they can aquire more late fees against you and so it goes against your credit. Boy did i have a hell storm with them. I would call my bank and they would tell me the date they processed it and when they collected it and i had made the call days before they processes it and they have done this to me 4 or more times i had just found out. You should not have access to my credit card after the day that i had called to make the payment. I had a lady tell me i had made a payment on may 29th and the very next guy i talked to said i didn't pay it until june 2nd 2008 and my bank statementy shows that they did not take it out until june 3rd 2008. They did it intentially so they could make more money off me and to put it against my credit. I had asked to speak to the vice president and one lady said he was not available than hung up on me and the next guy said they don't have a vice president and was rude to me and then the next guy said he is not going to get him. Let me give you an example of how they rip you off. On december 30th i was 28 days late and 181.55 went towards interest and 217.32 went towards the principal. Then on febuary 29th 2008 i was 27 days late and 180.57 went towards interst and $218.30 went towards the principal. Now get this, on august 2nd 2008 $327.24 went towards the interest and $71.63 went towards the pricipal. Now that is only 3 days later than usual and you mean to tell me that they charged me an additional $140.00 to interest. I will and want to be the first person to sue this company and see that they go down. I consider it credit card fraud when you use my credit info after the fact that i called it in to make a payment and you use my credit card info a couple days later than i gave you permission to. Also they say if you call on saturday, keep in mind that their open on saturday to take your payment, that they won't process it to the next business day which is monday even though they were open to accept it on saturday and i have even paid them on saturday many times and never had a problem before. They are scam artist and i hope that some lawyer out there sues their ass and rounds up every person they have ripped off because what they are doing is illegal and i hate this company. That is all i have to say!!!
