My car was repaired by Holiday Automotive Services in Anderson. When I went to pick up my car, the windshield was cracked. When I talked to the owner, he said that it wasn't his responsiblity and MY INSURANCE COMPANY would have to fix it. He also said that it was AN ACT OF GOD at first then he said that it was a hail storm. We are in a serious drought here in SC and we havent' had a hail storm in months!!!
His mechanics were also very rough with the car and also left it out on the road UNLOCKED. Apparently that is policy on cars that he fixes, he leaves them for anyone to open and steal!!! My car is A COLLECTABLE CAR and very hard to come by.
He is also the certified AAA repair shop and tow service in the upstate area. I called AAA and raised hell about his service. AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS! VERY SHADY AND VERY DISHONEST!!!
I asked him how he would feel if he left his car in my yard and came back to find it damaged. I told him he would expect me to fix it. His response was "WELLLL, NOT NECESSARILY."
The ower's name is Davis Edwards. Also watch the man named David at the front door. He was very sarcastic when I spoke to him. I remained calm the whole time I spoke to him.
