On Oct.'o7, Kia Wilson sold me an 05 dodge neon. It was not the car I wanted but because of limited credit, I was gratefull at the time. Six months later the cars transmission began to fail. The salesman that had worked with me at the time of first purchase told me that he could get me help with repairs with the extended warranty. To this date, no help was made. Only brush-offs and run arounds.
Three months from that date got new tires. All the lugs were breaking on a all four tires. Kia Wilson said I would have to replace if lugs were broken when taking off by their crewmembers. Went to different location found out I had no back brakes at all none!!! Several other problems with tires and transmission. Car should not have been sold to anyone stated by facts from carmax inquiry about the car. I confronted the salesman about this and they stated over the phone that they correct all their problems before sell, but they didn't know about this car.
All I got was "Don't worry about it, we'll fix it." Hasn't happened yet. Contacted Americredit about the cars dificiencies also no help from them either.
