CARMAX KING OF RIPOFFS—bought a 03 Ford Expediation with low miles, I have had the vehicle for four months and have had 13 repairs on this vehicle. I am out raged that I was sold this vehicle to me in the first place. Carmax boasts on thier 125-point inspection on thier vehicles, and a mechanic spends 12 hours inspecting and reconditioning every used car they sell (taken from carmax website) Well I guess the mechanic fell a sleep at the time this car was inspected. The website also states cars that fail thier Certified Quailty Inspection are sold at Wholesale auctions. The amount of repairs on this vehicle range from electrical, and problems with the rotors and front tires. Carmax manager stated to me "Well, we have a 5 day return policy" WE had this vehicle in for repair 2 weeks after we had it. Carmax has offered to do nothing, We have told them we no longer trust or want this vehicle. All they say is keep bringing it back and we will fix it. Please warn others of this, I also met other customers in the repair department that were going through the same thing. This is false adertisement!!! Please BEWARE of CARMAX&
