They sent stuff I did not orde

They sent me a vacuum I did not order and charged a ridiculous extra amount for shipping which they refuse to refund. Its very wrong to throw something extra in the box, charge you extra for shipping, take the bill from 20 to 50 bucks!!! Then tell you you ordered it and refuse to do anything about it! DO not buy anything from these people they are bad and dishonest!
