Appled for a payday loan yesterday, but DID NOT accept their terms, so ID THEFT, which I DID NOT REQUEST or APPLY for went into our account and withdrew $31.85 and they shouldn't have done this. Immediately, I contacted my BANK, BB&T and filed a claim for fraudulent activity - DISPUTE FED. Reg e. My Bank will take care of this on their end, also. Alot of complaints have been filed for the same thing, I noticed. I am going to file another complaint with the NC Attorney General and anyone else I can think of. This is just not right.
