When I applied for a last chance payday loan evidently, (this is what they told me at the ID Theft scam which I never applied for) and i was even denied for the payday loan... My bank has taken out $105 out of my checking account as a result of them trying to take out $31.98 THREE times... I never asked for this... And i shouldn't be held responsible for their errors. My bank says that they have to send me an email or letter stating that this was done in error, and the bank will reinstate my fees... But so far, this ID Theft Place has never sent me an email which they said they would do for 2 weeks now!
