My story is much the same as the others: I ordered a rear bumper for a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. They sent me the wrong rear bumper. I found this out after taking it to a local mechanic for him to put it on. I was charge $70 for the labor to remove the old one - btw. I called customer service to see what they would do and I got nothing but the run around. I still do not have it resolved yet. I would never use them again.
