The Worst Possible Auto Warranty Company Availible

This auto warranty company claims to be bumper to bumper. They send you this paper saying what the warranty covers, which when you read it, it sounds like its bumper to bumper. But then you try to claim something and they deny your claim stating that that part wasnt listed. Then how can you call it bumper to bumper. On the sheet i was sent it stated "All lubricated parts externally and internally of the engine.including gaskets and seals." It also states "All seals and gaskets will be covered in conjunction with covered parts" So when i had a seal on the external of the engine go bad, i brought it to the garage to be fixed. My mechanic sent the bill to my warranty company and the claim was denied stating that the seal was never covered. The customer service was horrible and very rude on the phone. What a horrible experience. I just want my money back...
