This is an update to my previous report.
I did go to two dealerships and the ask questions on the blog on Yahoo and it seems like the whine is normal because it's a different type of engine. Both dealerships allowed me to ride with there techs and it was explained that it was a VTT-i kicking in The other dealership just said it was normal. Of course at Al Hendrickson he didn't hear anything. Anyway I'll let that go for now until I test ride another car in the same model.
As far as the tires that is a different story. I went to a dealership given the presidental award in Miami. I Paid to have the tires rebalanced and rotated. The car is now smooth. (the way I would of liked it back from Al Hendrickson) But we are back with the orningal road noise or a louder road noise then when they were rotated by good year about a few weeks ago.
I have documentation from the dealer in weston about the tires being feathered and I have my own diagnoistic skills. I think I'm going to have to go back to Al hendrickson and demand new tires if not I will have to goto court.
My question is How can my word beat the professionals? In otherwords all they have to say is he does not know what he's talking about. I think I need proof of there terrable work. I do have reciepts but should I get an independant inspector.
