Disrespectful Costomer Service Reps

I called claims office to start a claim for one of my customer's vehicle. When I called the sencond time to make sure what I was supposed to do (because customer service and claims office have given two different information), one of the rep started to raise her voice at me and told me that there's any report or note about the vehicle. So my voice started to raise a bit, too. As soon as I started and don't let her talk, she hung-up on me. I called again and this time someone else answered. I told him what had happened and he told me to hush up (I assume that he probably wanted to say shut-up instead) and just talk about a business that's between him and I and he didn't let me talk about it. It was not that I wanted apology from him. I talked about it because I wanted him to know that his co-workers are not at the position to talk to customers like that.

If you want to buy an extended warranty, National Dealers Warranty is definitely not the one that you want to purchase. No shop want to work with that kind of service, period!!!

I shorted out what happened because I'm really bad with writing and explainning. But the kind of service that I got was just not acceptable.
