I made an appointment to have the oil changed in my son's car using one of their coupons for $19. Was told it would take 30 - 40 min. I left the car and said I would pick-up by noon. He called me around 11:30 with a list of things that were wrong with my car that would cost $700 to fix. When I told him I was leaving town at 1pm and I wasn't going to fix them at that time he got irate with me and said that I would have to sign a waiver. I said fine and he HUNG UP on me. When I got there to get my son's car at noon it was on the rack and the rear tires were off. (I was there for an oil change!) So he said he just had to show me that it was leaking brake fluid. He showed me and I said I would have to discuss with my husband and was NOT going to fix at that time. He made me wait for almost an hour and every time I asked when the car would be ready he would just say not yet. I really felt like he was basically holding me hostage. I waited until the mailman arrived to make "a scene" and demand that he finish my car. Awful experience - would never feel safe in a car that they repaired!
