I have also been victim to Drive Financial Services and will help with classaction suit

I have been with Drive since February and I have had problems with them since March. The first issue that I encountered with the company was their inability to get my information correct.

They have "lost" my social, date of birth, information that I faxed in the verify account information and after multiple calls this information still isn't right. Without my information being correct in the system I was unable to make a payment through WU, or MG. I always had to call in go through the whole spiel and pay by phone or mail the payment after I'd made my monthly phone call.

I have also paid over the amount due on all my payments but the money seems to disappear into the wild unknown. No one can seem to tell me where the extra money has gone or why it hasn't been applied to my account.

I have been frustrated to no end. I am currently looking into refinancing just to get from under this company. So I will be more than willing to participate in a class action law suit. Just so the next person doesn't have to go through the same situation.
