Bought a bike from Gordon Whittet at the end of May. Took 4 weeks for delivery. Will only respond to e-mails with excuses and blaming others for my not being sent an MSO -Brian, Ross Maxson. Called Goldenvale the company in Ontario CA. That sent me the bike. They told me the dealer had to send me the MSO. They never heard of Gordon Whittet. Then after pressing them for answers they stated they were 30 to 40 days behind in sending outr MSOs. Now 40 days later Gordon blames it on a Ross Maxson who he says is delaying the MSOs - just more excuses in a list of ones he has made for not sending an MSO. Beware!
