We bought a 250cc motorcycle and a 150 cc roketa scooter from Gordon Whittet in may. It took over six weeks to get them and then we still couldn't get the MSO's to get a license in Kentucky.
Now we were told that we had to send 30 dollars to get the paperwork notorized so that we can get a license for the motorcycle.
As for the scooter Gordon Whittet claims he lives in New Zealand now and the guy he got it from is ripping him off so its good luck on ever getting an MSO for the scooter.
