I went to test drive a vehicle at 2001 Auto Boutique & Sales and drove a 1996 Monte Carlo. I really liked the car but when I test drove it it had a shaking in the front end and I tested the air conditioner. The air was not cold. I was driving with the salesman, Oscar, and he noticed it too. He said " dont worry, we'll take care of it".
So when we got back, I was not too interested in purchasing the vehicle but Oscar again assured me that they will fix it or if not to my satisfaction, I'd get into another car. I said ok... Fix it and I'll buy it. He then told me I needed to make the commitment to buy it before they'll fix it and he insisted I do the paperwork first to insure THEM that I was really going to buy the car.
You know where this is going... It's still not done and they refuse to fix it now. The sales manager told me "Oscar made a mistake"'. Now I, the paying customer, is also paying for their employees mistake! They do not stand behind their word or products. They flat out lied to me, scammed me and manipulated me. They're a total rip off and I am warning you... Don't do business with this dishonest company!!!
