I placed an order for a front and rear set of ceramic brake pads. Unusually slow delivery of a week and a half and then two boxes arrived with the same part - two sets of rear brake pads. I called customer service and explained what happened - that I had two of one part and none of the other that I ordered - please send me the correct part and I will send back the duplicate.
No - we can't do that it was explained to me - you must re-order the correct part that you want either through our sales people or online and then return the duplicate part for a refund. I explained that I am not stupid and I am most certainly not going to spend more money with a company that has already proven that they can't get my order right in the first place. Send me the correct parts that I ordered and already paid for and I will return the duplicate part. Besides - the front brake pads that they didn't send me are $30 more than the two sets of rear pads that they did send - so if I were to send the duplicate part back to you, I know d*n well that you're only going to credit my account for the cheaper pads because that is what I am returning - even though you charged me for the more expensive front pads and sent me duplicates of the rear.
After 4 phone calls and numerous E-mails to their customer service people - I tried their sales department. They were equally useless, offering the same ridiculous path to them getting more of my money without fixing the original problem - that they sent the wrong parts. At every point when I realized that they were incapable of grasping the problem, I asked politely for a manager. No manager is at this location was the consistent reply from Customer service, Returns and sales department. I have given up and am returning everything for a full refund - lets see how that goes.
Awful company designed just to get your money and never let it go. Worthless customer service with no independent thought or the ability to take any responsibility.
