Rip off money

I paid for a ac compressor and it has been way over what they said on shipping. They do not answer the phone and have quit answering emails. I did get two and they lied about item being shipped and said I would get tracking number the next day. It has now been 9 days and no number or contact. Do not buy from these people they are rip offs.
