Ripped-off, deceptive, overly-aggressive, bait-n-switch, sly, shady, took a great Chevy Uplander and gave us a 2008 uplander w/o things we asked for and it's a LEMON!

In Late we purchased a 2007 Chevy Uplander. We loved it. We had no problems with it whatsoever.

In late a seemingly nice man called and said that with rates the way they were, he could get our loan on our car lowered considerably. We came to see them in Feb still under the assumption that with rates still dropping we could take advantage and lower our payments.

First we told them we were only in to refinance and they asked us to let them show us some newer cars. After much thinking, we agreed to humor them.

We told them we wanted a car exactly like we had, because we loved our car. They found one car that they pushed and pushed us to buy. We kept saying "no, you don't have a video system, or alarm system in it". So they tell us they'll get one on.

Then came the shock! The payments were to be almost $100 higher than we already had. When we told them that we'd come to lower our payments and to just let us keep what we had, they pressed us to by a "cheeper" make car.

All in all they very slyly convinced us to buy the newer vehicle and they would get lower financing. The next day they called for us to come in and sign new papers. The reason... They couldn't get the amount we bargained for. We refused to sign. After quite a bit of time, they found a way to only cost us around $25 a month more... On the excuse that we had a car with lower miles and still in the 36,000 mile warrantee. Yes... And this car needed to be.

Since we purchased the car, we have been into the service department with everything from cracking plastic on the interior walls, to "check engine" and "service ABS" among other service lights. And... We've been waiting weeks for a hub for the ABS system, because the manufacturer is on strike.

So NOW they decide to look at other places for the part.

We, family members, and friends have all been sent to and bought cars from this place (including us). I don't know what has happened to this place, but NONE of us will ever buy a car from them again!!!
