No Problem Taking Your Money But Good Luck Getting It Back

I ordered some new rotors from brake planet on Thu, Feb 14 at 4:47 PM. The order process was simple, easy and straight forward.
Here is the confirmation email:

Dear Michael,

Thank you for your order. While we stock the rotors you ordered, we are currently experiencing unusually high demand and your rotors are still in our machine shop being slotted and drilled. As soon as the slotting and drilling is completed, your rotors will be sent to our plating partner for zinc coating to be applied to them prior to shipment to you. This process normally takes 7-10 days to complete. You will be emailed tracking information once the rotors are shipped. Please let us know if you are unable to wait during this high demand period.

We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

As I waited patienty I started to become concerned on the 4th of March.

Could I possible get a status on order # 2083044?

Here is their BS reponse:

Mr. U,

Your rotors are currently being machined and are scheduled to go to the platers later this week. We are expecting to have these finished for you next week. I apologize for the severe delay, I understand that it is taking longer than our original ETA. For the delays, I'm going to apply a 10% discount to your order which will be refunded after your order ships. Thank you for your continuing patience and understanding.

It does upset me that it is taken so long, but the customer service you have shown me thus far is outstanding. I really appreciate the 20% discount. I will be looking forward to seeing the tracking number in my inbox on or about Friday the 21st.

FYI, we won't be able to ship your order the same day that we receive your rotors. It is more likely that your order will ship early next week (Monday/Tuesday). I just want to make sure you are informed that they will come in tomorrow (the 21st) but it will take a day or so to process and ship the order.

I show that the front rotors are still at the machine shop. I have emailed our manager over there to see what the issue is and why it is taking so long for the rotors to come in. I'm sorry to do this, because you have been so nice and helpfully; but if you could just refund my money I would appreciate it.

April 2: Notice the tone of this email (not so friendly now)

I have canceled the order and we will be issuing a full refund back to the card on file. You should see that in 5-10 business days.

I don't mean to be so indecisive, but if it is going to take 5-10 days to do the refund then let's just continue with the original plan of purchasing the brakes and rotors. Sorry for all inconvenience.

At this point in time, if I would send anymore emails, I would just be kicking myself in the head and I still would be out 570 green backs. I have contacted another BS company (bbb), that brakeplanet so proudly has on their homepage. I'll just say don't wasty your time there either.

So far, I have spend $570 dollars and 106 days. DO NOT, I SAY AGAIN DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BS COMPANY
