In December Chrysler agreed to get the final 5 funds of our current rent if we'd rent a brand new Chrysler. We got the notice in to the seller and created them an offer that was approved. The seller was necessary to get 3 extra rent funds included in this offer. Chrysler Fund hounded me for weeks to gather the 3 funds produced by the seller. After finally recognizing they'd been compensated from the seller, then they stated to possess no understanding of Chrysler providing to help make the last 5 funds and extended to frighten me till I offered in and settled them $1860 used to donot actually owe them just-so they might create a fee. It did not matter that I did'nt owe the cash and also have been quite a long time faithful client of Chrysler. Because the seller I experienced, Metropolitan Chrysler in Foothill Ranch California has become broke, I can't obtain a backup of the notice producing the offer from Chrysler Corp. I am confident I was not the only real individual in the united states who received this present. I talked to a lawyer and he indicates I consider them to small claims court. I'd prefer to obtain a backup of the notice sent by Chrysler in December.
