We purchased a new vehicle. On 5-5-08 I called Mepco and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. When a person came on line for me to ask to cancel the policy, I was told to call Dealer Services. When I called them, I was placed on hold for another 15 minutes. When a person answered, I was told that I had the wrong department and they would transfer me. I got disconnected. I called back, waited another 10 minutes and finally got a phone number to call again. I called that number and was placed on hold for about 18 minutes. When I finally had a person answer, I was told I would have to write a brief note stating, Please cancel, the warranty number, our name, address and phone, a copy of the claim card with VIN number, and a copy of the notification of transer of registration license plate to them. I sent a copy to:
Royal Administrative Service Inc.
30 Mill St., Building F
Hanover, MA 02339
And
Dealer Services
Warranty Notification Department
National Auto Warranty Svc.inc.
50 Centre on the Lake
Lake St. Louis, MO 63367
I thought that would handle it and we would get our money back quickly.
Today, the 12th of May, the letter was returned to us and it states:
Return to Sender
not deliverable as addressed
unable to forward
There will be another report about poor service elsewhere.
