Run do not walk away from this dealership/group. They regularly use multiple DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I negotiated a package and price for a vehicle with a salesperson and received it in writing. When I sat down to complete the deal they attempted to switch the vehicle to a lower model Suburban LT insted of the LTZ. When i recognized the error they apologized and said it was just an error. They then came back and had changed the price on the vehicle and once again tried to get it past me.
The salesperson quoted a price and tries to 1.) sneak a different vehicle in and when that didnt work 2.) tried to sneak in a higher price. They then tried to tell me the car i test drove was RED... ARE THEY KIDDING! It was black on black how stupid do they think people are. This was not just the salesperson but the sales manager as well. When i walked out they followed me to my car quoting yet another price stating that it was 3/31/08 and they needed to hit their quota. I have never experienced such a group of thieves!!!
please run away from this place... They will not honor their own sales persons quote and try to bait and switch you in a number of ways...
There is no reason in todays economy that you would need to deal with untrustworthy people. I went To another local Chevrolet Dealer on the highway and they were awesome... They also knew about the scam that Great American Chevy runs.
