My sister in law went to Fox Valley Suzuki to look at cars, she is non english speaking so they ripped her off bigtime! The sticker price on her vehicle was $20,970 and on the contract they charged her $26,985.
We went back to the dealer to sign a new contract because they were able to lower the intest rate. Well I am English speaking and when I asked where the window sticker was, the didn't know (supposed to be left in vehicle) I told them we weren't going to sign new contract until they changed the sales price to the sticker price. They refused, I went to their lot to look at other vehicles to verify pricing, upon returning to the sales office and making them aware the were charging way too much, they have the wrong sales price on the contract, they got nasty with me, took the new contract that we were supposed to sign, and told me to leave the dealership.
I asked why, because I am English speaking and am making you aware that I know you are ripping people off, the GM got very nasty with me and insisted with I leave his dealership immediately.
They advertise on Spanish television and radio leading innocent non english speaking people to believe they will help them, instead they are luring these people in to rip them off because they don't any better! Please get the word out and I would like to find someone to investigate this dealership. The funniest thing is my sister in law only earns $200/week and the dealership used a finance company for her loan of $42,005.52 with monthly payments of $583.41 for the next 72 months.
What bank in America would lend someone that kind of money with such a small income? Something shady is going on with this dealership especially since they kicked me out!
