I cancelled a flight to Europe in October. I was given an $1100 credit. I was told by Orbitz.com that I had six months to reschedule. Over the next six months I was given excuse after excuse as to why I couldn't re-schedule my flight.in mid-April I was told we are doing an investigation into your matter. You will here back from a supervisor. I did not hear back until after the six month cut off date and lost the $1100 credit. ORBITZ.com scams people. Beware! Scam! Scam! Scam!
