I purchased a Platinum Plus Protection Warranty on my Mercedez for $1870. The Mercedez shop won't even except my warranty because Ultimate is not paying them for the repairs. I brought my car into another shop and low and behold they also have problems getting paid or the work being accepted as covered. The work on my car for the last to occurances (at the very least) has been rejected from this company and I am paying for everything out of pocket.
I called the number myself to get an explanation and ask for someone to contact regarding my complaint and was told that Ultimate was no longer on the account and CARRP was administering the coverages for the Department of Insurance out of South Carolina. I asked for a contact and was told they can not provide me with one. They would put a note on my account and that is all they could do. I asked who would be responding to my complaint and they said no one. All they could do is put a note on my account. Now what good is that?
