D & D Tire D & D Tire cracked transmission case when trying to change a tire

I ordered a replacement tire from D & D Tire. The next week they called and said they had it, so I went to get it on February 26th. The manager asked if I wanted them to put it on and I said ok. The guy got in the car and pulled it into the tire changing bay, then put the jack under it and then the next minute he had the hood up, by the time I got there they had pulled my car over to the next bay where the pit is to look under the car, I saw a red oil fluid on the jack and floor. I then looked under the car and the same red fluid was leaking from the bottom of the car by the motor. At this time everyone in this shop was under there looking at the bottom of my car, when one of the guys came by I asked what happened and he said that they put a hole in the transmission case. Then they said the car slipped off the jack but I never saw the car move. The manager of the transmission place turned from nice to mean. He was not happy that I was not willing to walk away without some kind of documentation stating that they damaged my car. I had to ask him 6 or 7 times, then he wrote "I will fix transmission" and handed it to me I went back outside by my car and one of his workers came out and apologized to me. The manager stated that I could bring my car in at my convenience for three or four days and they would weld it. I did not want it welded as I am paying over 14,000 dollars for this car and I just got it, I wanted it fixed correctly. Then 3 hours later I was able to leave because D&D tire put a temporary glue over the crack until they could get it fixed. I called my Dad and said the manager of D&D was mean and made me feel as if this was my fault. My Dad went and talked to them (I was standing right there) and the manager told my Dad that he wanted to weld it. D&D then called and said they wanted to take my car to Magic Valley Transmission. So my Dad went to Magic Valley Transmission to talk to them and I told my dad that I do not trust D&D Tire because the manager had been mean and I wanted to make sure they were not going to screw me. Well I guess the manager from D&D Tire and the guy that owns magic valley transmission are friends or family. I got my car back on March 19th and when you drive it forward it makes a noise like the bearings are going out, when you drive it backwards it sounds like the emergency brake is on (a loud squealing). The steering wheel has a lot of play in it like the steering pump is not working good. And it now leaks a bunch of oil. D&D would not get me a rental car. I then had to take my car back to Magic Valley Transmission due to the issues above. After I received my car back the second time I had to get the brakes and rotors replaced because of the scaping issues it had when i got it back from the transmission place the first time. This was March 31 and I have been without my car since February 26th. I pay around 300 -350 a month on a car I cannot even drive. I also called the district manager for my state and he never called back. I emailed the corp office and recieved a reply stating I will forward your concerns to management. I have heard nothing since. After I got my car back the last time the manager from D & D Tire called and left me a message stating that if I need anything to just let them know all smart ass and everything*This company is nice an tell they mess your ride up then they turn to jerks and no one will listen*Anyone want to buy a 03 ford escape?
