I was just ripped off by Tire Kingdom at 13760 SR 84, Davie, FL for $ 34.97... For real? I took my car in on Friday with a nail in the tire and they said they patched it. I woke up today to find the tire on the opposite side was flat. I found that strange so I put the spare on and dropped it off at the same tire kingdom. Came back an hour later and said it was fixed but it was in the lot flat again. The employee then confessed and said they did not put a patch on the tire because it had a sticky inter lining and that he just pushed that towards the hole to try and plug it.
Then they said the other tire they fixed did not have that inner lining. I had them take it off and it was exactly like the other tire and the tire did not have a hole in it. What they did not know is that I marked the tire so I could tell if it was the same one. All they did was they same thing the employee did today and and change the tire over. I called the Area Manager Michael Ore at 561-370-5347 to explain because the manager did not seem to care and he didn't either. So now I am trying to write a letter to the president to let him know what is going on in his store. I will never go to Tire Kingdom again and I warn you be careful and not become one of their victims.
