SIGNIFICANTLY INCREDULOUS & most disturbing with hardly any obvious option I've been lied to misguided by inefficient reps from orbitz over an entire reimbursement for medical problem ona trip to europe. Medical paperwork was sent from drs office often with verification figures orbitz promises these were not receievd but still not received or they state was received credit is likely to be released no credit was released the tale gets worse it has been happening 8 weeks. I consult with supervisers, each informing another tale i e-mail office environment e-mail orbitz clients relationships possibly there's a fraud happening or awful ineptness. The problem continues to be not solved I've approached bbb and certainly will contact whomeber will appear into this it's many unnaceptable.
