I am just beside myself with the continual, 14 hour a day harrassing calls from HSBC AUTO to my cell phone AND home phone, alternately. Beginning at 8am in the morning, Mon thru Sun, HSBC AUTO calls my home phone (and when I dont answer) they switch to my cell phone and they call both these numbers EVERY SINGLE HOUR of EVERY SINGLE DAY including: SUNDAYS! And why? You might ask?

I have had my car loan with them since somewhere late summer of 2008 I had a difficult time and could not afford my car insurance for a short time. SO, according to Hsbc's rules; they provided the alternate liability only insurance to cover their investment (while I could not afford it) well, to be sure; THEY DID NOT pay anything? They provided the insurance but I had to pay for the extremely high alternative insurance in my monthly payment.

In late fall, I got our family back on track; had a fabulous budget to adhere to and I called HSBC and asked how I could get everything caught up, late payment charges as well and get back ON TRACK? They put one payment (that I was behind) at the back end of my loan, I paid my monthly bill plus all late charges and in December got our old insurance through Liberty Mutual reinstatement. AHHH, life is good again; OR SO I THOUGHT!!!

HSBC made my new payment date on the 10th of the month; which is difficult for us SO... I am able to make our payments approx around the 25th of every month and that is exactly what I do. Of course since they will not cooperate and change my payment date, I must also pay 18.50 every month in late fees. I, and my insurance agent faxed, spoke over the phone AND mailed in my declaration page showing that I had the proper full coverage beginning in Dec; yet every single day of every single month beginning Jan 2 HSBC calls my phone numbers alternately from 8am to 945pm monday thru sunday harrassing me that I owe more money each month for THEIR INSURANCE plus LATE FEES and they are absolutely messing with my FICO SCORE and MY LIFE because of this.

As of the documentation of this; this is April 28 and I have paid 4 monthly auto payments AND 4 monthly 18.50 late fees AND STILL I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL ABOUT 30 minutes ago from HSBC AUTO!!!

These people are destroying my life credit score wise; my sanity; my peace; my phone bills and they MUST BE STOPPED!!!

I LOATHE, HATE, DESPISE, PRAY FOR, CANNOT FORGIVE, and these people ought to be slapped for the mental cruelty they instill on others on a daily basis; it is reprehensible, disgusting, and ILLIEGAL ; the harrassment they put forth each and every day and for what? SOMEONE STOP THESE PEOPLE PLEASE before I lose my mind; I CANNOT any longer speak civily to these people NO MORE!!!
