I have had my car loan through HSBC since November. At one point last year my car insurance had lapst and I was unable to renew it right away. I paid thru HSBC and additional $93.50 a month for my car to be covered with them.in January when I was able to get my own insurance again I did exactly as they asked and faxed a copy of the Declaration page to their insurance dept. After that being done, they still charged me their insurance for the months of Jan. And Feb.

Now they say my account is past due. They call me EVERY morning, Sunday thru Saturday at 8:00am to tell me I am past due. I speak to them Every day. After speaking to them this morning they have now changed the reasoning and have added additional charges. This harrassment has got to end. They are going to give me a nervous breakdown. I get so upset every morning with this nonsense. I do not owe them these additional charges, and I want the harrassing calls to stop.
