The towing board in arkansas is being used to ripp off other towing company's and the public. They are running some towing company's out of business and then setting the fees at any thing they want in order to make big money. Such as gate fees admintration fees letter fees. I was ran out of business last year by using complaints but the person i sold to is doing business the same way with same customer's. You quessed it he has yet to be brought before the board for anything. They are also using lawyers and the arkansas sum court to help with this endevor. Also the arkansas attorney gen office. Something needs to be done on this before the public is hurt even worse. The stealing and using people is much to out of hand. They are even using local police in these endevors.
