Being a Canadian customer I purchased and paid for a 2007 Honda Shadow Aero from a salesman name Dean and DAN DAILEY who is the owner. Arranged a date for pickup completed the required paperwork and piad the balance in full. We asked and it was arranged by DAN DAILEY that we could leave the bike overnight in his compound and we would pick it up first thing in the morning for our trip back to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. During this time and after the bike was legally mine the salesman Dean was showing us the bike and had me sit on it and start the engine... Now here is the funny part... Dean was also supposely a Honda Mechanic and has now moved into sales... So as the engine was running he proceeded to pull out the Oil Dip Stick and then try to put it back in... Of course it got caught into the gears and broke off the end of the dip stick... You now could hear a funny noise coming from the gear basket... He informed nothing was wrong and he would replace the dip stick... Once we were gone... DAN DAILEY has the bike into the shop right away and the shop pull it apart and found the damage. They were told by DAN DAILEY to take a Dremmel Tool and smooth out the rough edges on all the damaged gears, put it back together and don't saya word about it. Ok. We pick up the bikee and head home. Start the bike up and hear this noise... Call DAN DAILEY he says nothing. Take it to a Honda Dealershipo here in Edmonton and BINGO. There was damage and the gears should have been changed told DAN DAILEY and he basically told me to F_ _ K off and have not heard from him since. This guy is a CROOK... I was even warned by some friends in Great Falls here was a jerk. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt... Boy was I wrong... If you are thinking about purchasing anything from DAN DAILEY of SPORTS CITY CYCLERY... Think twice... If somethings goes wrong with your purchase you just might be the next person told to F_ _ K off.
