My husband had got a car for at the time ugly duckling in kissimee, fl., he was driving back from cocoa after seeing his kids. He was in a wreck and the car was paid in full by the insurance company. And ugly duckling had giving my husband a check. Now on his credit wich is wrecked cause of them, they under drive time on his credit say he owes for intrest!!! Over 2000 dollars worth. He called them about this and they gave him the run around about it. They even egnolleged that the car was paid in full. They are nothing but scam artist and should be put out of bussiness for good. And it would be nice if they had to refund all their (clients) that they had wronged the money back and pay to repair credit letters of appoliges but we all know that will never happen
