We bought a 2001 ford escape from ogden auto in november. And was told it was four wheel drive. I fought with then and was told all escapes were four wheel drive to take to dealer and was told we were lied to. Which i knew. So i called my sales man the next monday and he said thay would make it right to me. Wrong three days later i was told i was up side down 6000.00 do;ars. Thats bullshit. So after 1 year i sold the pice of... And took a 9000.00 dollar lost so i was suppose to get 1023.00 refund from the warrenty comp and thay got the money not me from the warrenty comp and would not give it back to me. Thay told me i owe them. Wow what crooks thay are so now we are sueing then. I contacted the news but in utah thay dont care about anyone that is outside salt lakc wow the news sucks to but i hope the courth see ogden valley auto is crooks and should not be in business.
