I purchased a new 2007 Dodge ram 3500 4X4 pickup truck in December. It was discovered this truck had a used rebuilt engine in it. Oil leaks caused damage to two driveways, and trucks paint was scratched so bad it had to be buffed out and a tephlon coating put on. Cost of an attorney to sort this problem out. Wasted fuel correcting problems. Phone cost to resolve this problem. I had no other choice than to obsorb the cost on my own.
I was damaged and want to be made whole. Buckner Dodge refused to make me whole, and blame it on Chrysler LLC factory to justify my claim for damages. I agreed to settle this duspute for my cost of $ 4,000.00. I spoke with the owner Don Ozvitt and he denied my claim.
I have over 75 emails and daily phone calls as proof to Buckner Dodge since December trying to resolve this problem. I need your help in this matter, and pray you can help make me whole again.
