I am an ex-employee or as I would say, VICTIM of usamotorsales.com.
First of all, if you believed the owners rebuttal, consider yourself a victim as well.
This company and other used vehicle advertising programs is a scam to exploit those innocent to the internet world.

Here's Why and the truth you deserve to hear:

YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF:
If you're selling your car to make some money, just sell it yourself or trade it in. Who cares if this company can offer you FINANCING or WARRANTY for your vehicle. YOU or YOUR BUYER can do it without usamotorsales. All you need to do for financing is to walk into any bank or apply online with any bank. They will approve you! It's a matter of who.
WARRANTY, just look up any warranty company yourself online. It's easy, just google "WARRANTY".

PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION:
This company does nothing to protect your credit card and personal information, it all sits in a drawer unlocked waiting for any criminal to take your information and steal your identity. Nothing has been encrypted or protected.

NO ONE WILL BUY YOUR CAR:
There is a slim chance that A buyer is calling in to learn more about your car.
Majority of the calls that come in to the office are complaints regarding the vehicle not being sold. The owner claims there has been sales, which is true, but maybe only 2 or 3 out of 1,000 listed cars.

SALES PEOPLE (Actors):
They do not know a thing about pricing your car. The so called finance manager is just the man in the next cubicle trying to make a sale as well. Do not let them take your money.

$500 is ALOT:
We all know that if we are selling a car, we just can't afford to keep it. That 500 bucks can go towards a car payment. Take that money, invest $100 of it to sell it and put the rest towards your car note. Put it in your local newspaper or used car publication. Trust me, majority of your buyers will be local.

TIME LOST:
The amount of time you'll spend with the salesperson and you complaining with the customer service will equal to the same amount of time you can spend to post your car online.

YAHOO AND CRAIGSLIST:
Here's some good news, if you post your car ad YOURSELF on craigslist and SEARCH for it on yahoo or google, IT WILL SHOW UP! Without a penny leaving your pocket.
If you don't know, CRAIGLIST.org is a free classified ads website.

AFFILIATE WEBSITES/NATIONWIDE PUBLICATION:
It doesn't matter is someone across the nation can see your car. Why would some dumb ass want to spend another 3 or 4,000 DOLLLARS to bring a car they want across the border or the company, just think about it.

EMPLOYEES:
Call them, see if they sound happy to be in the office. Do they really want to sell your car? They don't see a dime when and IF your car ever sells.

If you really want to sell your car, put a for sale sign on it and don't be lazy. It's worth not handing over $500 to this company.

The owner, sales, customer service staff know nothing about marketing and advertising which is a major reason why any vehicle listed will never sell.
