Was only 21 days behind on car dealership came to my moms house and stated that i was 3000 dollars behind and a warrent would be out for my arrest if i did not turn over car so i did then 2 weeks later i get a call from westlake about my payment let them know dealer took car they did not know about it for two days was on my side about it then stated the dealer could take back car at any given point and resale. Also checked with courts no repo papers were filed to take the car back legally they have upped my payments seems like every month call and harrass my mom and dad along with the car dealer i bought it from i was with the understanding once you buy a car from a dealer then you finance thru a company the dealer is paid and you are done with them not when its with westlake i belive they are in doing high intrest rates at 25% which is outrages then when you cant afford it they let the dealer do what they want so as to make another profit off the car they made my wife loose her job i had to find a way to work so i could suppport my family and did some research on them and came across everyone that has had problems with them. I will follow up witha lawyer this has got to stop...
