Ripoff after I signed contract dealer 30 days later I find out dealer turned in a different contract with higher intrest rate

Three days after purchase received call from dealer we accidently over charged you he said were just trying to be goodguys come back and lets take care of it later i find out dealership submitted a different contract to finance company good guys now i am paying four hundred dollars more in interest
