I got a car from Car Credit Center in September. I drove off the lot in a car that I knew was not worth what I was paying but at the time they were the only ones willing to give me a car. I took the car home and after ONE week the car broke down, I called and advised them of this and they told me someone would call me and they never did. I called back twice and no one wanted to help. Over Land Bond was the company that financed the car for me I told them why they were not going to get a payment because the car needed some work and it was going to cost me about 800 dollars to fix and I just gave a deposit of 1000 dollars not even 2 weeks went pass and they came and got the car... The mileage had only been moved a total of 48 miles and that included me driving the car home... Now I get a letter stating they are going to garnish my wages for the total amount of the car not the amount remaining from the sale of the car but the full amount the car was sold to me for less the finance fees... I am not paying that and I hope that there are more people out here that is going thru what I am going thru so that we can take them to court... I am outraged that it has gone to this but I am not going to take this lying down I will fight... It has already hit my credit and I said ok I will bite the bullet but now you want to threating me about garnishing my wages... I dont think so!!!
