I ordered a part for my son's car on March 4th. Auto Parts Giant promptly drafted the money from my account, but they have yet to ship the part and it is now March 27th. So much for 5-7 day order fulfillment!
And to make matters worse, each time I call the ONLY phone number listed I get the same do-nothing customer service person, Manny Lopez. Each time we've talked I've been told that he would have to contact the warehouse to get a tracking number and would call me back. He never does. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and he refuses. I did speak to another employee one time and he told me that there were no notes about my order or conversations listed, but that Manny was his supervisor. Boy is this company in trouble!
I am beyond disgruntled. I just want my money back, but now I can't get that either because I don't have a tracking number to cancel the order! Buyer beware! This is the shadiest company I have ever dealt with. Find your parts elsewhere!!
