I bought a transmission off them for my BMW, paid for it and then got a month long run around from every employee there. They are liars and will lie to your face even when you have the evidence against them. After a month of lying and putting me off they finally shipped me a tracking number. I bought the transmission 2/21/08 and they sent me the number on 3/20/08. When I called the shipping company to chew them out, they said they had picked up the transmission on 3/20/08, the date I got the tracking number.
I called the owner and he said he had told me that he had shipped it to the wrong address and had told me that he said that to me in a previous conversation. This was a complete lie (something anyone would remember). When I called him on it he got angry and yelled at me that he was going to give me a refund minus 25% S&H and some other bogus charges.
When I told him I was filing a report with BBB and disputing the charges he hung up on me (big man). These people are crooks and will tell you they are emailing you or calling you back, then they never do. When you call them their receptionist will give you the run around or when you mention the word tracking they automatically switch you to someone else. Buyer Beware, these midwestern crooks are sleazy and misrepresent themselves on their website. They probably have a Sanford and Son operation and are trying to pass themselves off as reputable. I'm sure the testimonials they have on their web page were written by themselves. Don't believe anything any their employees write on the site. It's pure BS!!!
