Hope the third time is a charm Ripoff

I am not here to bad mouth anybody. I first ordered a transmission on 6/12/07. They sent me the wrong one and finally got the right on on 7/12/07. They were very helpful, but took much to long in my opinion. Just my opinion (please don't bash it). After having it professionally installed by a Ford certified tech, I had a problem with it after just 2 days. Will at midwest auto recycling said that they would send a new one out the next day.

The transmission was quoted to be under 31k for only $670.00. Great deal. I hope. Remember I am not trying to bash anybody. After asking for a carfax over and over again they said that they have sent it in the mail and should be arriving shortly. Thats for the broken right one. Some questions that I wanted Will to answer is if there is an owner of the company can I talk to him. He gave me the run around that they are a huge company and he is pressed for time. If the owner reads this please get in touch with me with the information that your company already has. Please.

Next is the question about the dyno runs Will said they do on the transmissions. That a company called Trans Tech runs them. I again asked for their phone number and Will could not get it for me. I also noticed on the two transmissions that I received that the I.D. Tags were not on them (funny that I did not get a carfax for any of these until I had to have one sent to me that I haven't got yet).

I am just trying to figure out what to do if this transmission doesn't work so that I can get 100% refund on a part that is junk. I know that I put the transmission in right doing it the right way through the Ford dealership. I even had them put there 10000 dollar scan tool (Ford's Scan Tool) to make sure everything was good.

I am a school teacher who has a wife and a 22 month old son. We both work two jobs to make ends meet. I am just wanting to get my truck back on the road again. I hear a lot of negative things about this company. I just hope it works out for me. If they fix the problem and the transmission is under 31k like the one I ordered or close to it and it works. I will come back and give this company praise. Until then I will just sit and wait till the new one comes and hopefully it works.
Just to ask anybody a few questions.
If everyone is so upset with them about things, ask these questions.

Do you have any pictures of your facility?
Do you have an actual dyno procedure for trans. If so what are they and how can I get in touch with the company that dyno's them, and how can I get a copy of the dyno results.

How come a carfax did not come with either of the transmissions after requesting them both on a number of occasions.

If this transmission doesn't work are you going to tell me that it is my transfer case again (by the way the transfer case will never make a transmission slip into gears Ever. I can prove it. Go to any web site or ask any person who knows anything about transmissions and they will all tell you that the transfer case will not make your transmission slip like I was told).
I am just a concerned consumer who like to get what they are paying for. If for some reason this company is at fault over anything negative I have read. I will definitely pray for them. Not to mention file a lawsuit with everyone else.

Once again I am trying to do this in the best possible manner without being to negative about the situation. Please help if there is any out there if this turns sour.
