I had ordered a transmission for my 01' galant around 11/13/06. Al from mid-west had told me that the transmission would be there no later than that thursday because I had payed an extra $50.00. Thursday Came no transmission. I called and they told me it got lost at a hub in Chicago and it was stuck in New York State. Which dont make sense to begin with. They told me it would be there by the following thursday. Obviously it couldnt be there by then it was Thanksgiving. So i called today 11/24/06 (friday) and ask where my transmission is. All of a sudden Al wont be back til the 30th, and William and the parts department are transfering me back and forth. They never gave me a tracking number or a confirmation number. ALL THEY TRY TO DO IS GET YOUR MONEY! Do not use them! William started yelling at me. And i told him about this website and its funny how they already know about it! William told me "ASSHOLE, I ALREADY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND I'M KEEPING YOUR MONEY!" now William wont stop calling me phone telling me if i post anything on here he'll have me arrested! THese people are scams!!! Do not use them!!! He is trying to say I refused the tranmission which is a complete lie!!! Dont even get yourself involved with these people!!
