We had our car repaired and the dealer tried to get pre-approval and let them know what was needed. That poor dealer was on the phone for hours and he felt bad for us but I told him to go ahead and repair the car, that there must be a simple reason they cannot be reached and I would do the follow up. I called for days and hours and was sent to many different numbers but I have sent my contract back to be cancelled and I am hoping to hear from them in the future. Oh buy the way, the company taking over for Ultimate is willing to SELL me a new contract to cover my car!
